Return/Exchange Policy

What is your cancellation policy? 

We do not accept cancellations. Once orders are placed, our team begins processing immediately. 

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. To ensure satisfaction, please make sure that before finalizing an order the correct size and style has been selected. 

What is your exchange policy? 

Exchanges are only considered in the event of an item being damaged or defected, if the wrong product(s) were shipped. 

If the above guidelines are met, please request an exchange within 7 days of receipt by contacting customer service via email. Items must be in new condition (unworn with all tags and labels attached). 

Exchange requests made after 7 days of receipt will not be accepted.

ALL ELIGIBLE EXCHANGES ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY OF INVENTORY. EXCHANGES MAY ONLY BE EXCHANGED ONCE PER ORDER.

I haven't received my item, what can I do?

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered to the address given at time of order placement.
